How to Play:

Each player starts with a set amount of initial capital.
On their turn, a player can choose to:
- Invest in stocks, bonds, or real estate, using their available capital.
- Manage their financial portfolio by adjusting their asset allocation or selling existing investments.
- Take risks by playing the “Market Gambler” card, which can result in significant gains or losses.
- Use special “Power Play” cards to disrupt their opponents or gain an advantage.
The game consists of 5 rounds, each representing a quarter of the year.
At the end of each round, the player’s wealth is calculated based on the performance of their investments and any bonuses or penalties from the cards they played.
The player with the most wealth at the end of the 5th round wins the game.

Full Details:

Initial Capital: Each player starts with $10,000,000 in initial capital.

Investments:

Stocks: Players can invest in stocks, which will fluctuate in value based on the simulated market performance. Stock values will be adjusted at the end of each round.
Bonds: Players can invest in bonds, which will provide a fixed return of 5% per annum.
Real Estate: Players can invest in real estate, which will provide a fixed return of 3% per annum.

Market Gambler Card:

Players can play the “Market Gambler” card to take a risk on the market.
The card will randomly determine whether the player’s investments will increase or decrease in value by a factor of 2 (e.g., a 20% increase or a 20% decrease).
If the player’s investments decrease in value, they will lose a portion of their wealth.

Power Play Cards:

Players can use special “Power Play” cards to disrupt their opponents or gain an advantage.
Examples of Power Play cards include:
